Privacy Policy
Wellbe Health Center, Lebanon · Last updated: 23 October 2026This policy explains what the Wellbe app (client app, Corniche Run game and staff app) collects, why, who sees it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, and for children, the parent's email.
- Training: packages, sessions, attendance, payments and balances, requests you send (bookings, freezes, orders).
- Health and body: injuries and intake notes, weight, height, birth year, sex, body composition reports you upload (for example InBody), your nutrition questionnaire answers, weigh-ins and workout logs.
- Profile: your photo and your promise/goals, if you add them.
- Game: scores, coins, Wellbe Credit, levels and leaderboard name (first name and last initial; you can hide yourself in Me > Show me on leaderboards).
- On your phone only: app settings, water and habit ticks, grocery list ticks and cached data, kept in your browser storage.
Why we use it
- To run your sessions, packages and payments, and to contact you about them.
- To build your workouts and nutrition plan. Nutrition plans are drafted with AI and checked by a Wellbe coach before you see them. Projections are estimates, not promises, and are not medical advice.
- To run the game and its rewards.
Who can see it
- Wellbe staff: the owner and front desk see client records; trainers see only the clients they train.
- Service providers we use to run the app: Google (data storage, email codes, files), Anthropic (AI drafting of nutrition plans and goal tips; we send only what is needed for the plan), CallMeBot (WhatsApp alerts to Wellbe staff only), GitHub Pages (hosting the app), Shopify (Wellbe The Brand store).
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account with us, and as required for accounting records. Uploaded reports and photos are deleted with your account.
Delete your account
In the app: Me > Delete my account. We delete your account and data within 7 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records). You can also ask us on WhatsApp.
Children
Accounts for clients under 18 are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who can ask us to view or delete the child's data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
